Data Portability and Switching
This page describes the export methods currently implemented in the BRY3D Services, the data and metadata included in those exports, known technical limitations, and the procedure for requesting a provider switch or an additional export. It is maintained pursuant to the Terms of Service and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the "EU Data Act").
The self-service company export currently available in BRY3D is a lead-centric CSV export. It is not a complete archive of every record, file, configuration, credential, or event associated with a company account. The exclusions are stated in the section on known restrictions and technical limitations below.

2. CSV structure and interoperability
CSV exports use a header row followed by one row per lead or quote item. Fields containing commas, quotation marks, or line breaks are enclosed in double quotation marks, and embedded quotation marks are doubled. Dates in the company lead export are calendar dates in YYYY-MM-DD form. Multi-value pipelines are separated with semicolons. Notes, activities, and conversation previews are flattened into a single cell and separated with a vertical bar.
Automation flow exports are UTF-8 JSON. The envelope identifies the bry3d-flow format and format version 1. BRY3D does not publish a formal JSON Schema and does not guarantee that a destination other than BRY3D can execute BRY3D-specific nodes, expressions, integrations, or settings.
3. Known restrictions and technical limitations
- The lead-centric company CSV does not include company settings, contacts stored independently from leads, deals, users, roles, permissions, product rules, automation definitions, webhooks, audit logs, billing records, subscription records, authentication records, notification history, jobs, tasks, calendar events, forms, viewers, viewer analytics, AI knowledge records, AI conversations, raw tracking events, or integration credentials.
- Uploaded files and storage objects are not bundled into the company CSV.
- Conversation data is limited to the channel and last-message preview; full message bodies and attachments are not included.
- Activity data returned by the company export is limited to 500 activity records for the requested lead set.
- Quote data in the company export is a current summary consisting of currency and gross total. Item-level or rendered quote data is available through the quote CSV and PDF downloads.
- The Contacts CSV contains the contact fields listed above. Related notes, activities, deals, tasks, quotes, and complete conversation histories are not included.
- The Deals CSV reflects the rows loaded in the selected Deals board or list view. It does not include full deal notes, activities, tasks, files, products, automation history, or complete linked-contact records.
- Automation flow JSON does not contain external-provider credentials, company or database identifiers, execution history, run logs, secrets, or referenced records. Importing a flow does not recreate unavailable integrations or destination-specific dependencies.
- Deleted leads are excluded. When a company is billing-blocked, the self-service export excludes leads captured while the subscription was inactive.
- Exports are point-in-time files. BRY3D does not provide continuous replication, change-data capture, a standardized destination-provider connector, or direct database credentials.
- Secrets, access tokens, password hashes, encryption keys, internal security data, BRY3D source code, and data protected by another party's intellectual-property or confidentiality rights are not exportable.
- Data retained by a third-party provider connected to the account (for example a payment, email, analytics, signature, or integration provider) may require a separate request to that provider.
4. Switching procedure
- Available self-service exports should be used first where they meet the intended migration.
- An additional export, switching, on-premises transfer, or erasure request must be sent to admin@bry3d.com, identifying the BRY3D company account, the authorized requester, the requested destination, the requested categories, the desired completion date, and a secure contact for transfer coordination.
- BRY3D will verify the requester's authority and clarify scope, destination compatibility, security, and data that is legally or technically excluded.
- For a request governed by the EU Data Act, the contractual switching periods and continuity provisions in the Terms of Service apply. For other requests, BRY3D will provide a reasonable estimate based on volume, complexity, third-party dependencies, and destination requirements.
- Customer must validate imported data and destination functionality. BRY3D does not warrant that another provider can reproduce BRY3D-specific features, formulas, permissions, visualizations, workflows, or presentation.
5. Assistance and updates
Technical migration assistance beyond existing self-service functionality may require a written scope of work where permitted by applicable law. This page will be updated when export formats or material limitations change. This page describes current technical capabilities and does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
